Oxford University creates a zombie map of the world

If you want to stay the heck away from places where there's likely to be a high concentration of the walking dead, you're in luck—there's now a map for that.

Oxford University's Internet Institute has aggregated all the online zombie chatter and visualized it all using the Google Maps database.

Mark Graham, part of the team that aggregated the info, said that:

The results either provide a rough proxy for the amount of English-language content indexed over our planet, or offer an early warning into the geographies of the impending zombie apocalypse.

We don't know about you, but we're considering booking a flight to Africa—because even though that's where where the word "zombie" originally came from, the continent seems relatively zombie-free.
