Joshua Jackson talks about a world without Peter on Fringe

You've heard of "Who shot J.R.?" but, in the sci-fi world, we're all about "Where's Peter?" After Fringe's nail-biting season finale, we're anxious to know what's next. Luckily for us, Joshua Jackson has decided to give us a little insight into season four and its It's a Wonderful Life vibe.

Jackson claims that the opening of the season will be strange for several reasons. Peter's absence will have a serious "what if I were never born" feeling that could definitely throw viewers off their game.

"In the beginning of this year, we're back in our timeline but without one of our main characters," says Jackson. "So we see the lives of all the people he would have touched and—for better or for worse—see what their lives would have been like without him."

A lot of fans are still reeling from the possibility of a Peter-less Fringe, but Jackson insists that it will all work out in the end. He doesn't think the season will be better or worse, just "different." The actor insists, "The dynamic is going to be entirely changed."

We'd love to hear about how the newly appointed Agent Lee will fit into this new dynamic. Will he temporarily fill that Peter void?
