Stargate's Christopher Judge joins Dark Knight Rises (but as who?)

Are you suffering from Stargate SG-1 withdrawal? Do you need a little Teal'c in your life? Well, you're in luck, because Christopher Judge has landed a gig in one of the biggest movies of 2012—The Dark Knight Rises!

The Dark Knight Rises is currently in production, but when has a silly thing like shooting ever stopped casting? After rumors started circulating that Judge might pop up in the final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, he took to Twitter to clear the air.

He wrote, "I can finally confirm: I have been cast in The Dark Knight Rises." Now, who will he play? We have NO idea, but isn't that how Nolan rolls? The director is known for casting familiar faces in bit parts, so Judge could be another Michael J. White or Anthony Michael Hall for the new film.

The cast of The Dark Knight Rises is already pretty big. Aside from major players Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Michael Caine, they've got Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Josh Stewart.

Where will they all fit?

The Dark Knight Rises opens in theaters everywhere July 20, 2012.
