1-minute Superman film is the best Man of Steel movie in years

The labor of love of a professional animator who also happens to be a super fan, Superman Classic evokes the art-deco flair of the Fleischers' animated serials and the hand-drawn bounce of classic Disney.

Robb Pratt has worked in animation for years, on movies like Tarzan and TV shows like Kim Possible. So it's no wonder that his love letter to Superman has such flair. Taking the music from old Superman serials, and recruiting TV's Superboy (John Newton) for the voice of Clark, Pratt concocted a one-minute prequel to an alien invasion that begs for more.
