The True Blood season-three finale is going to air next Sunday, Sept. 12, which pretty much means now is the time to start talking about season four. On cue, E! Online has pieced together info on some of the characters who'll be coming back next year, which means not only that they have a head start on spoiling season four, but that they're also spoiling the season-three finale by letting you know who won't be dying.
DON'T READ FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW!
There, you've been warned. On to the spoilers:
1) Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare) is coming back, but "don't expect to see Russell too early in the year. We have it on good authority (Alan Ball's) that initially witches will reign supreme, but I'm told the plan is for Russell to reappear later in the season."
2) Nelsan "Lafayette" Ellis said his lover, Jesus Velasquez (Kevin Alejandro), will be sticking around, too. "We're partners in crime now, my boy toy, so he will be back."
3) Tommy Mickens (Marshall Allman) is also going to return, although Allman is being coy about it. "When asked if he'll be back, Marshall told me: 'Yeah, I am. But I mean, hey! How do you know?! Come on, now! Spoiler alert!'"
4) And finally, Lauren Bowles, who plays the Wiccan Holly Cleary, is not only coming back but recently declared herself a series regular. Which is about as safe as you can get on True Blood, though not, you know, definitely safe.
Okay, there you have it. We know who's going to live. Which only leaves one major question: Who's going to die during the season-three finale?!?
