Let Me In trailer brings SCARY vampires back to the movies

We're glad to see someone remembers that vampires don't have to be all sparkly all the time. The first trailer for Let Me In, from Cloverfield director Matt Reeves, unnerves us a bit. And isn't that what vampires are supposed to do?

Let Me In, about a boy who becomes friends with a vampire child, is based on both John Ajvide Lindqvist's novel Let the Right One In and the 2008 Swedish film adaptation of the same name.

Check it out below.

Let Me In will debut in theaters Oct. 1, 2010.
