Clash, Dragon hold on at the box office

It was a tight three-way race for the top slot at the April 9 weekend box office, with Date Night narrowly outpacing Clash of the Titans and How to Train Your Dragon.
Date Night debuting with an estimated $27.1 million at the domestic box office, edging out Clash, with an estimated $26.9 million in its second weekend of release, Variety reported. Clash has made $110.5 million so far.
Dragon held steady in its third weekend, down just 13 percent, taking in an estimated $25.4 million. Dragon's domestic total stands at $133.9 million.
Alice in Wonderland, meanwhile, grossed an estimated $5.6 million, slipping a slight 32 percent in its sixth weekend, raising its domestic take to $319.3 million.
