Heroes will be back for a fourth season

NBC's Heroes will be back for a fourth season, entertainment president Angela Bromstad announced as part of the Hollywood Reporter's annual Q&As with the five broadcast network chiefs.

When asked whether Heroes should be considered "on the bubble" as far as any renewal was concerned due to its ratings decline this season, Bromstad offered a definite no and indicated that the network planned to order 18-20 episodes of the show for next season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Regardless of this season's audience erosion, Heroes is still tied with NBC's The Office as the network's top-rated series among adults 18-49.
